Sauteing, grilling, frying, preparing salads, and crafting desserts. Our line cooks know it all and do it all except for pizzas. They have the most dynamic and adaptable positions at Mombo’s. They are responsible for prepping the line with ingredients while ensuring food safety and sanitation. They monitor time and temperature control measures for line items. They perform opening and closing duties along with side-work tasks.

Our position roles require the ability to move from one place to another. Teamwork is an essential component of our work environment while having fun. Our employees uphold the highest standard for sanitation and food quality. Additionally, each employee follows proper rules and regulations for food handler requirements and beverage service training.
Perfed skills but not necessary: pizza tossing, sauce sauteing, prep work, menu implementation, baking goods, beverage service, and cash handling.

- Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time and On-Site
- Years Experience: 2 plus years is preferred, and less than 1 year is acceptable
- Must have a valid CA Food Handler card and Responsible Beverage Service Training Certification.
- Hourly rate – depending on experience and role $18 to $24
